Stakeholder Ecosystem
Committed partners driving our climate resilience journey
Committed Partners for Climate Resilience
The Resilience Lab Sveti Nikole has benefited from the active support of over 50 local stakeholders that have committed to advancing the municipality's long-term climate resilience. Through co-creation workshops, data sharing, validation of findings and input on local climate risks and adaptation priorities, these champions have ensured the process remains rooted in local knowledge, institutional capacity and community needs.
Stakeholders are considered active partners in shaping decisions, monitoring progress and learning from outcomes. The engagement strategy is guided by three principles: inclusiveness, transparency, and co-creation. The Department for Local Economic Development and Public Activities coordinates engagement activities and maintains communication with stakeholders, while the Resilience Working Group serves as an advisory body for monitoring and evaluation.
